The Power House is a community that works together to provide everyone a positive and supporting environment to reach their fitness goals. The coaches at The Power House are very supportive of my physical and mental wellbeing.

Every workout they offer scaling options that are unique to my fitness level and any injuries I might have. During the workout they provide a lot of encouragement and knowing my abilities they have pushed me to do things that I thought I couldn't do. After the workout they check-in to see how the workout went and any things we may need to change for the next workout.

Having the chance to improve member's lives through fitness is my favorite part about working at The Power House. It is rewarding to be a part of a tight-knit community of people working to achieve their goals and be a part of their success.

Founders Max and Jill Lipset started The Power House in 2013, with the goal of creating a space for others to become their healthiest and best selves and allow exceptional coaches to forge a career in the industry.
The mission of The Power House is to provide results-based fitness services to people of all ages, abilities, and walks of life and to collaborate with outside organizations on their wellness and performance needs.
The Power House partners with orthopedic experts from Summit Orthopedics to bring comprehensive, highly-tailored fitness services.
Whether you are a first-timer in the gym or a competitive athlete, our coaches have all the tools to create programs that fit your needs and help you achieve your performance goals.
Everyone is welcome, you don't need to be a patient of Summit to take advantage of these offerings.
The HealthEast Sports Center has a variety of classes that suit all levels of athletes.

Our fitness classes deliver that feeling every time, and it comes down to three factors- 1) our exceptional career coaches 2) our programming and facilities 3) our supportive and authentic community.

Our foundational class offering, each WOD begins with a comprehensive warmup, soft tissue, and stretching section dedicated to getting your body ready to move.
Working one-on-one with a coach offers an unparalleled experience to receive personalized attention and results-driven programming.
New clients will start with a Functional Movement Screen and/or additional assessments, where coaches will monitor movement patterns and identify areas of strength and vulnerability.
Next your coach will design a science-based fitness program specifically for your abilities and goals.
Then you put in the work together to get results!
Re-assessment phases will be built into your program to measure progress and track your achievements.
The Power House has a long and proud history of training athletes to the peak of their athletic potential and sport performance.
We work with high-level high school, college, and professional athletes from all sports and have helped them succeed and reach their goals.
Summer is when our annual program runs, though we continue to work with many of our athletes year-round.
Additional open gym training times plus make-up or accessory sessions within group class settings ($150 value).
