Locally owned in St. Paul, Yoke Fitness offers both yoga and barre in one independent studio. Whether you love the flow of a yoga practice or the pulse of a barre class, you'll find it at Yoke Fitness. In one sweet membership, our high-energy, low impact approach to fitness will give you great results. In addition, our small business community is committed to creating a welcoming environment for each of our members.

Guidance during class matters. We offer a personalized experience within a group fitness setting. Our team of teachers is qualified, experienced and supportive. You'll find each class as encouraging as it is challenging-each teacher adding a healthy dose of humor and enthusiasm. At Yoke Fitness, we're committed to offering yoga and barre for every experience level.

And, we love beginners! Yoga and barre are meant to be tailored for every body, so there's not just one "right" way to move. Check out how our classes work - in the studio and online! 10-pack holders may also purchase unlimited access to On Demand classes for just $3 per day.

The challenge of barre often exists more in the space between our ears than our muscles.
I love when students shift out of their comfort zones, whether that means pushing beyond what they believed was possible, or letting go of the need to 'go hard or go home' and instead having the courage to listen to their bodies.
Barre can transform the way you feel physically and the way you feel about yourself.
As I teach yoga, I want students to remember that pausing your mind long enough to listen to your body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself in this busy life.

Some call it a slow burn, but we like to call it MELD.
This gentle and methodical yoga class is vinyasa-based, but moves slowly with minimal flow.
MELD is all about connecting movement to breath.
Our Sunday class is donation-based (pay what you can)-a low-cost way to take Yoke Fitness for a test-drive!
