Located at the Conway Arena, TOP Fitness provides strength and conditioning programs to pre-teen, teen, and adult athletes. Programs are available for individuals, small groups and teams for in-season and off-season training. Athletes are taught proper techniques and are motivated to reach their maximum personal potential. Sportsmetrics is the first and largest ACL injury prevention program SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN to decrease serious knee ligament injuries in female athletes.
