A year round training program for youth athletes, ages 12-18, focusing on building strength, speed, and general athleticism.

Lifting with hand-me-down barbells and weights collected from friends and family and sled sprinting up neighborhood sidewalks, we dodged dogs, kids, and curious neighbors while building our idea of the perfect gym.

Our first step is a free private consultation where we get to know you, what you're looking for, and what your goals are.
We'll go through a simple baseline workout to see how you move, and give you a brief idea of what it is like to work with us.
Our second step is the Movement Prep, which involves 6 discounted private sessions before getting involved with our group classes.
Here, we go through all the popular movements that we do in our programs, as well as short workouts to get your body used to the intensity of our training before having to go through a workout in the group setting.

Prospective members schedule a 45 minute Free Help Session where they sit down with a coach, discuss their goals, health and fitness history, what's worked, what hasn't as well as learn more about our programs.
Then, we'll go through a short workout (optional) to move around and see what we're working with.
This is the opportunity to personalize and tailor our program for you.
After your Free Help Session, we'll move into one of our two Personal Training Options, depending on what you and your coach decide to do.
