Our group classes are tailored to each participants goals. Build strength, improve your stamina and the quality of your movement. With a workout of the day format you will be able to work at your own pace once you learn the fundamentals of the program. When you want a low pressure environment or just want a more personalized approach to achieving your goals our private coaching is an ideal solution.
Services
Every client begins their group membership with an assessment workout and coaching session so we can assess your current level of fitness and find a couple sensible and realistic goals to help direct our efforts.
The classes are cardio and strength circuit training with medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, functional cable machines, and body-weight being the likely challenges.
These classes were designed so that you can participate as often as 6 days/ week.
Each participant will have their own unique workout program designed for them and will have goals and exercises recommended specific to their own needs.
Personal training is perfect for the individual that is just starting out or has strength or movement imbalances that need to be addressed.
Many times these imbalances lead to injury so it is good to fix imbalances before problems develop.
If you're new to strength training it is highly recommended that you participate in a couple 1 on 1 sessions so that you can get the most out of the group training.
We specialize in customizing the program to suit each clients needs.
