Providing professional instruction for children, teens, and adults- with options for adaptive classes for the physically or mentally disabled- our schools are open up to six days a week teaching traditional martial arts, self-defense, joint manipulation, tumbling and acrobatics, weaponry, circuit training, sparring, grappling, weapon fighting, and more!
Children as young as 4 can begin their training at WI-MAFC.
Little Tigers (ages 4-8) practice a system of martial arts and fitness that emphasizes safety, discipline and attentive listening, along with a simplified traditional curriculum and basic application.

I have been involved with sports and fitness for most of my life.
My experience ranges from being a youth and high school athlete, to earning a scholarship as a collegiate athlete, then becoming a martial artist/BJJ practitioner and eventual school owner, to having an additional career as a strength and conditioning coach and certified personal trainer.
I have achieved many awards and recognitions in these endeavors and won many prestigious tournaments and championships.
Yet for all these personal accomplishments, my goal as a personal trainer is to provide the most safe, energetic, and fun training experience for you.
