We offer 30 minute sessions and 50 minute sessions, to accommodate your busy schedule!
We also provide Semi-Private Training (2-3 people) with 50 minute sessions and Small Group Training (4-10 people) with 30 minute sessions.

A little bit of dance combined with body sculpting by using one's own bodyweight as resistance.
We will also use dumbbells and resistance tubes to make for a fun calorie burning class.
There's a party happening at the gym!
