We are a collection of trainers with vast experience and knowledge. Each one of our trainers has their own specialty and unique style of training. Our goal is to create a client who understands the why as well as the what of their exercise regimen. Our fitness center is a safe, clean, non-judgmental gym where men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to work a personal trainer to reach their goals.

Each workout is specifically designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, and will incorporate cardio, resistance as well as functional training methods. Variety and consistency are key to a successful overall plan - variety keeps your workout from becoming dull and routine, and maintaining a consistent workout schedule insures results. Private training sessions provide an opportunity to address nutritional concerns, discuss health issues, "fine tune" your goals and track results.

The same great benefits as 1 on 1 personal training, but you share the time as well as the expense with another person.
