We are a barre and rhythm cycle studio. We offer both amazing workouts, each with their own studio, and all under one roof. Our Barre studio is home to our signature barre program offering a high intensity, low impact workout that tones, tightens, and strengthens your body from head to toe. Our Cycle studio, with a state of the art light and sound system, offers a true rhythm ride experience.

Ellen has a Master's degree in Instruction and Curriculum and has taught for 17 years.
She is the mother of 3 children.

At Sea Barre, our moves are choreographed, and set to one of a kind playlists, giving you a whole body workout in a fun atmosphere.
Using light weights and small isometric movements, our signature barre routine will bring you to complete muscle exhaustion.
This offers quick results, leading to more defined muscle, and allows for increased balance and flexibility.

If class is full, your spot will be given away to any walk-ins once the class starts (sorry, but we want to give all of our clients a chance to take class!).

Cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to the start of class.
If package holders do not cancel 6 hours prior to the start of class, they will forfeit one class from their package as if they had attended the class.
