We offer a fully-equipped cardio deck, circuit training, and free weights. We have over 50 group fitness classes a week including Spin, Boot-Camp, CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates and lots more!

We have the BEST Personal Trainers that get you the results you want! North Beach Health Club is located just off Bayshore Road in the Acme Shopping Plaza in North Cape May. Our center offers Life Fitness, Precor, Body Masters, and Hammer Strength Selectorized and Plate-loaded Machines, Free-Weights, TRX Bands and more. There is no wait for a treadmill, due to our vast array of Life Fitness and Precore Cardio equipment.

Try any one of our many Group Fitness classes in our fully-equipped Fitness studios. Other services and amenities include, Free Towel Service, TVs with Cardio Theater, Clean Locker Rooms with Showers, Saunas, and Certified Personal Trainers.
