John is an incredible instructor, capable of both ramping up newbies (like me) and also of pushing seasoned cross-fitters. I can't recommend these guys enough! Very friendly, collaborative environment, but with enough intensity to get the competitive juices flowing.

After joining our community you can meet with a member of our coaching staff, and set up your Foundations 101 Course.
The Foundations course is designed to teach you proper lifting technique, as well as CrossFit methodology.
This is usually 3-5 Personal Training Sessions.
