We help you reach your health and fitness goals safely, effectively and enjoyably with exercise programs designed specifically for YOU, not mass-produced for groups with different abilities. You will have the full attention of your personal trainer at every session, observing the quality of your movement and helping you make adjustments when necessary.

We continually monitor how your body responds to training and fine tune your program to optimize your results. Holli is a current Doctor of Physical Therapy Student at Duke University who developed a passion for learning how the body adapts to exercise after years of competitive dancing. Abdullah emphasizes simplicity and enjoyment, helping you stay consistent and moving towards a healthier lifestyle.

With over 20 years of personal training experience and an inspiring personal story of recovery, Rebecca is an excellent fit for those returning to the gym after a long layoff and those recovering from injury. Denzel strives to provide a joyful element to training, focusing on the fundamentals with just enough variety to keep workouts interesting.

Ignite Fitness is owned by Frank and Alexis Lech, who have been working locally as personal trainers since 2005.
While most of the fitness industry has shifted it's attention towards group classes, we have always valued the extra personal care and insight that comes with one-on-one personal training.
This extra attention to detail not only helps our clients achieve better results, but gives us the specific experience to become better coaches as well.
Our dream to create a serious training facility to accommodate everyone from teens to seniors and beginners to athletes was realized in 2017, when we opened our current studio in Apex, NC.
At Ignite Fitness, there is no minimum purchase or membership required to receive the best rate (you are not penalized with higher fees if you cannot visit us as much as you'd like).
If you prefer to prepay for a number of sessions, they never expire and a refund for unused sessions is always available.
We offer 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions at a flat rate of $56/hour, and couples sessions at $75/hr ($37.50 per person).
We'll discuss your goals and exercise history and you will have the opportunity to ask us your health and fitness questions.
There is nothing more frustrating to a beginner than starting an exercise program supposedly for beginners that turns out to be too difficult: Warmups feel like all-out efforts, modified exercises cannot be completed, and everything you are asked to do just hurts and it feels like nobody is listening or seeing you.
Even though our studio has equipment that can accommodate the strongest of athletes, the complete beginner has always been our first priority because this is where so many gyms fail.
As an athlete, you train for every advantage you can gain on the court, ice, track, or field.
Your specific strength and conditioning program is determined by your sport, the season, your age, your strengths and weaknesses, previous injuries and more.
We factor all of these into account when designing your program.
While your strength and conditioning is an important part of your overall sports performance, success in the weight room does not always translate into improved sports performance.
Training towards the right goal, at the correct volume and intensity, is critical in allowing you to practice and compete at optimal levels.
Fitness programs cannot be generalized for a specific age group, but Ignite Fitness does have many features that are appealing to those over the age of 50.
