Julio Salado is an award-winning fitness professional, author and founder of Fitness Foundry. He is also a licensed EMT. With community central to his work and life, Coach Julio has built Fitness Foundry with the goal of creating a space where all individuals, regardless of their level of fitness, can achieve their fitness goals. He works hard to be the best so that his clients can feel their best.

Born and raised in Boston, MA, Coach Julio found his inspiration within his community along the way. His earliest influence, a soccer coach who knew just the right way to motivate his players, showed Coach Julio the type of coach and motivator he wanted to be. He has carried this and countless other lessons forward into his work, creating a unique, fun, inclusive tone to the workouts and programs of Fitness Foundry.
