Hi, I'm Ashley Lissaint, Chief Encouragement & Empowerment Coach and founder of Core Cardio Fitness. I help my clients achieve permanent weight loss results, generate more energy, build more muscle, have more confidence and feel amazing. Core Cardio Fitness started in 2012 with two brothers, 12 RealRyder bikes, a few dumbbells and a burning passion to help others realize the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through balanced nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training to create body transformations.

I was very active growing up and enjoyed running around the Cambridge Reservoir - Fresh Pond. I was an active basketball player participating in area travel teams and played high school basketball. I studied business at Boston University and after a failed attempt to make it as a walk for the B.U. Terriers I transferred and completed my bachelors in finance from Northeastern University.

I began a career at John Hancock in Copley Boston and worked my way through operations, sales and into a National Relationship Management role after receiving my MBA from Northeastern University.

Born and raised in Cambridge MA, Ashley has always been interested in health and fitness since he first started lifting weights as a freshman basketball player at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School.
Ashley spent the majority of his business career working at John Hancock as an insurance executive.
During that time, Ashley led sold out cycle classes at Fitcorp Backbay, LA Fitness, Saugus & Y.M.C.A Chinatown.
Additionally, helping others through community and charitable programs such as the Lucy Stone / Franklin Park zoo program and volunteering with the annual Boston Marathon is where Ashley truly found value.
Choose from HIIT, Strength & Conditioning or Muscle Bootcamp sessions which all include core training, strength training, and conditioning using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, battling ropes, ladders, and jump ropes.
Each Bootcamp is a full-body workout with options to attend 2 through unlimited sessions per week.
You will be held accountable and join our supportive community for early morning, after work, and weekend Bootcamp sessions.
This indoor cycle session features a revolutionary "unstationary" bike.
The bikes's movement tilts and leans as you ride, providing the fluid sensation of an actual outdoor bike.
You will get a full body workout that is both functional and fun, with emphasis on activating essential core muscles as you ride.
These sessions will help increase endurance and stamina, strengthen core muscles, build full body strength, and burn 20% more calories than an ordinary stationary bike.
The Core Cardio Fitness Barre is a full-body workout designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your 'glutes' and legs.
With light weights, planks, push ups and squats we utilize small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, to develop a long, lean frame similar to a dancer's physique much faster than you can imagine!
The Core Cardio Fitness Barre workout helps to sculpt your thighs, chisel your abs and lift the 'booty'!
The Balanced Habits LIFE program was established in 1994 and has supported tens of thousands of people.
LIFE is a 3, 6 or 12-month one-on-one nutrition coaching program, designed to teach anyone how to eat real food to support their lifestyle.
Balanced Habits Certified Coaches are there to guide, support and educate participants every step of the way.
