Forever Fit, LLC improves the lives of seniors through fitness. We provide on-site and remote, virtual exercise programs including Zumba Gold to seniors (ages 55-100+) nationally. We help seniors move better, feel better and experience an overall better quality of life when they exercise with our certified and experienced exercise professionals.
Our group exercise classes and one-on-one exercise sessions take place either remotely by virtual streaming with Zoom, Skype, etc. or in residential homes, assisted living communities, nursing and rehabilitation centers and adult day health centers.The programs are specific to seniors with all levels of physical ability that includes arthritis, Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke recovery, osteoporosis, prosthetics, Parkinson's, walking aids, and wheel chairs.
Seniors that participate in our exercise programs enhance their independence and reduce the risk of falls that may result in serious injury. We have helped hundreds of seniors improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance through our safe, effective, and fun exercise programs.

Each one-on-one and group session focuses on MOBILITY, STRENGTH, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, and ENDURANCE.
All sessions are led by certified and experienced exercise professionals with degrees in a related field of study.
Seated and standing exercises are incorporated using various body weight and resistive devices such as weights, bands, and balls.
Sessions last 45 minutes and are appropriate for all levels of physical ability.
