CrossFit is way more than a gym. Commonwealth CrossFit is a community of people with amazing friendly coaches. Our community is supportive, welcoming and encouraging. Our coaches care deeply about improving the way you work out, eat, sleep and recover. If you're new to CrossFit, then this journey starts for you with our OnRamp program. Rather than simply signing you up and wishing you good luck, our coaches will take you through four small group introductory workout sessions.

During these sessions, you'll workout, learn or review many of the movements in our workouts and get comfortable with some details of the gym like our reservation and check in system Wodify. After these four sessions, you're all signed up for a 3 times per week membership and ready to jump in classes. CWCF is a great community for working out (hard) and having fun with a great collection of people.

I recently returned there after 2 years of injuries and it was a blast plus lost 17 pounds and 5% body fat. Love this gym!
Services
We are coaches who work with all sorts of people in private training and group fitness environments to unlock your potential.
We believe that normal people will live their best lives when they can use their bodies the way they want to.
We run, row, swing kettlebells, squat, deadlift and press.
We lift things up and put them down.
We enjoy what we do and we work hard.
We believe strongly that people are most likely to achieve their fitness goals if they are doing so with friends and having fun along the way.
Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity.
CrossFit is designed for everyone.
It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience.
All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.
A typical CrossFit class will use any piece of equipment in the gym (and maybe some outside the gym).
Although no two classes will be the same you'll see many of the same faces each time.
Drop in if you are an experienced athlete visiting town and looking to into a class we would be happy to have you join us!
We charge a $25 drop-in fee and require pre-reservation.
If you're going to be here for several classes, please consider getting a one week pass instead.
We are happy to host drop-ins who are looking to participate in our classes, but we cannot easily accommodate athletes who are hoping to come in and follow other programming.
The first step toward living your best life is to come in for a free fitness consultation.
We call this a "No-Sweat Intro".
The No-Sweat Intro is a free consultation session to learn about your goals and see if we can help you meet them.
Street clothes are fine as this will be a consultation, not a workout.
