While at Slippery Rock University, Mike wrestled at the Division 1 Level which taught him a lot about the dedication and sacrifice it takes to be a successful athlete.

Once you have completed the Free Intro session, the next step is our 6-session Foundations.
Great for fitness beginners and more experienced athletes alike, you will work one-on-one with a coach who will teach you bodyweight movement progressions, basic barbell strength, and work through different types of Crossfit workouts, laying the groundwork for you to progress into classes with confidence.

The problem is that losing weight is a very ambiguous goal to set and consequently stick to.
It is easy to get discouraged by numbers from the untrustworthy scale, but your weight doesn't tell the whole story.
Your body is made up of muscle, fat and water.

The InBody results sheet provides an extensive display of parameters relevant to body composition that can be used to efficiently lose fat, dial in your nutrition, identify muscle deficiencies and more!

I was intimidated by CrossFit at first but there is such an amazing diversity of people who work out here and the coaches are all so helpful and encouraging.
