Valleybrook Pilates & Fitness
Valleybrook Pilates & Fitness specializes in the Classical Pilates method. We are located in McMurray PA near the intersection of East McMurray and Valley Brook Roads. We are a studio specializing in Classical Pilates, emphasizing stability, correct and balanced muscular alignment, as well as concentration on smooth, flowing movement. Offering private lessons, very small class sizes, and specially priced introductory offers, we make it easy to get started.

We believe in exercise diversity, highly-educated and certified instructors, personal attention, and of course, a welcoming and positive environment where the conversation, smiles, and laughter synchronize with heart rates and movement. We've kept our facility squeaky clean while you've been away. We'll continue to do so, and will be thoroughly sanitizing equipment before, and after each session.

For those of you who are not yet ready to join us at the studio, online classes will continue. Privates and duets can be scheduled live-streamed or in-studio.

Our Pilates instructors are comprehensively certified in Classical Pilates, or are in training to complete the process (which is a 600-hour program plus a written and practical test out).
We work closely with you, modifying workouts around your fitness level and any limitations you may have, moving you towards a goal of better health.

We welcome all experience levels and welcome clients from the surrounding area; including, Upper St. Clair, Mt.
Lebanon, Bethel Park, South Fayette, Canonsburg, Peters Twp, and North Strabane.
