Jon's passion for helping people and fitness led him to his career and founding JAM Fitness.
Jon played football throughout his high school years while also participating in recreational sports like basketball and riding his mountain bike.
He developed his love for training early on with football and continued after high school.
Hybrid training brings the best of a personal training session and group workout class together.
It is an affordable option for those who need individualized attention and have a specific goal in mind.
Through this program, your results and goals will be accomplished faster while working directly with a coach.
