Field Strip Fitness
FSF provides a unique approach to fitness by taking a personal training approach and putting into a small group environment. Regardless of your age, gender, fitness level or goals, our comprehensive program will get you the results you are looking for. We combine a high intensity interval training, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting and Gymnastics into a challenging and fun results-oriented regiment.

Our facility uses the industry's top equipment and maintains a clean and safe place to train. Our coaches are certified, experienced instructors, trained to keep you safe, motivated and focused on your goals. Our members create a unique culture of accountability, motivation and helping each other. I began Field strip fitness to get into shape. I had belonged to a local gym and was so bored so I quit going routinely.

I found the adult strength class at Field strip to be amazing. Greg and Shannon design my workouts according to my personal level and are very careful in explaining proper techniques so I don't get hurt.

Our Adult Strength Class has it all!
This class includes everything from kettle bells amd barbells, to rowers and pull up rigs.
We combine Endurance, Plyometrics and Gymnastic Movements to get your heart rate in full calorie burning mode!
Kids thrive with regular exercise-mentally and physically!
Staying active not only strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and lowers obesity but also builds self-confidence.
In class they will incorporate push-ups, sit ups, jumping and other age-appropriate activities in a fun way.
After you've completed your Free Introductory Class, and our New Member On-Ramp Program, you'll be welcomed into our Group Class.
Group Classes run throughout the day, almost every day of the week, and are designed to get you the good stuff- lose weight, gain strength and endurance, agility and balance, coordination and accuracy, all while having a good time and becoming a member of our community.
Regardless of how you earn an income or your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at CrossFit Reassemled FSF.
The Fundamentals Classes are intended to introduce you to the major movements used in CrossFit, screen for pre-existing injuries, mobility or flexibility restrictions, assess your current fitness level and ensure proper technique and safety.
Our certified coaches will walk you through the basics of each movement, offering knowledge and experienced guidance every step of the way.
You will be introduced to the basic barbell and gymnastic movements utilized in CrossFit.
Whether seasoned athlete or fitness newbie, the CrossFit Reassembled FSF Fundamentals Program is a foundational piece to the overall programming and is required before entering into Group Classes.
The 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games Open is the largest fitness competition on Earth and an exciting showcase of the CrossFit community.
Here, athletes like you, from all around the world, show up and push themselves further than they ever thought possible over a five-week period.
Challenges, PRs and the unknown await.
Our coaches will use knowledge of the sport along with their skills in CrossFit to create a program that will build strength, endurance and skill.
At FSF, our athletes have demonstrated that speed and agility training follows the principle of specificity, showing that straight (linear) speed training produces improvements in straight ahead speed with little carry-over to agility and vice versa.
Thus, it is important to train these elements as separate components to ensure both speed and agility are being developed maximally.
