Personal Trainers at Fitness Rx have over 50 years of experience. Mark Cuviello the owner and Stephanie Booze our General Manager are the only 2 personal trainers at Fitness Rx. Mark believes that experience and quality combined with customer service is key for all levels of achievement. We know how to safely work with youth to seniors, athletes, mothers, fathers, people recovering from surgeries or post surgery.

We offer health club classes that focus on your needs and well being.
From strength building to cardio workouts, you will find a class that meets your personal goals.
This class is designed around muscle activation and full body functional movements using dumbbells, barbells and bodyweight.
In addition, you will perform isolation type exercises to build strength.
Light to medium weights will be used to increase blood flow to all of your muscle groups which will enhance your ability to become stronger and more toned.
From strength building to cardio workouts, you will find a class that meets your personal goals.

Ladies Self Defense costs $50/month or $15/class to drop-in.
This hour-long class is mostly ground fighting defenses & grappling techniques.
In short, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Self Defense.
We also incorporate yoga, punch defenses, joint locks, take-downs & other compliance techniques.
Class meets every Saturday 9am - 10am.
Taught by Mrs. Kathy & Mrs. Kelley.
We offer a 2 day a week program designed to take your child from the beginning and build techniques to grow into becoming a black belt.
Our Karate is a mixed-American style.
This hour-long class is mostly ground fighting defenses & grappling techniques.

We also incorporate yoga, punch defenses, joint locks, take-downs & other compliance techniques.
