Rent a paddleboard and enjoy the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay. Paddleboard rentals are launched from various places on Kent Island where boat traffic and calm water await you. Learn to paddleboard with our Paddleboard 101 class or if you're looking to get your fitness on, sign up for a paddleboard boot camp or yoga class. Join us for a yoga class in our Kent Island studio or on Zoom.

Our yoga classes are designed for beginners and intermediate yogis and include yoga with weights, vinyasa flow, yoga barre, and restorative yoga. Quess what's new? Hoop Fitness classes on Kent Island, that's what. Looking for a fun way to burn a ton of calories, you've found it. This is not your grandma's hula hooping. We'll learn off and on body movements and put them together to create a fun flow burning 400-600 calories per class.

No hooping experience required, hoops provided. Our paddleboard office is mobile so that we can launch you where water conditions are optimal. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for location or give us a call and we'll give you the details.
Services
A long time fan of all things fitness and water, Karla grew up on the lakes of the Midwest and was drawn to the Annapolis/Eastern Shore area out of love for its abundant waterways.
A long-time resident of Kent Island, Karla is an ISMA Personal Trainer, PaddleFit Level 2 Coach, ERYT200 Yoga Instructor and Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor.
Marti practices wellness both on and off the mat.
As a Yogfit Level 1 instructor she specializes in gentle yoga for seniors, young adults and children.
As a lifelong seeker of health and wellness as well as a coach of the Dragonfly 12 Week Journey, Marti brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding healthy eating, herbs and essential oils.
We believe yoga is for everyone, kids, adults, young, old, those who want to get healthy and those who just want to have fun.
Join us for an adult yoga or kids yoga class in our Kent Island studio, online, in your community or invite us to your home or workplace for a private yoga session.

It's a wrap for the 2021 paddleboard season but were still flowing in our yoga and hoop classes.
Want to learn to paddleboard?
This is the class for you.
Class starts with a land orientation where we'll go over safety protocol, equipment, proper paddling techniques, basic paddleboard turns and a few other tips and tricks.
Then we'll hit the water where we'll practice what we've learned.
Afterward you'll have plenty of time to paddleboard on your own or we'll take you on a guided paddleboard tour of the Eastern Chesapeake Bay.
Hula hooping tones muscles, increases stamina, aides in weight loss, improves coordination, increases flexibility, and reduces stress.
It's not working out, it's just plain fun! Get your body flowing while you watch your waistline shrink, see your confidence soar, and allow your inner child to emerge.
Learn the fundamentals of Hooping while integrating tricks, both on and off body, and burn 400-600 calories per hour as we combine it all to create a fun flow.
