Ryan began his career as a trainer in 2003 while finishing up his undergrad at McDaniel College (Exercise Science).
Ryan's injury plagued basketball career led to his interest in rehab and sports performance.
Over the next seven years, Ryan gained experience in the industry in various settings such as corporate fitness, sports performance training, and consulting.
After seeing many shortcomings in the industry, Ryan's detail oriented mentality and passion for helping others fueled his desire to open Peak in 2010.
