Great programming, facility and people. Dave, the owner, does a great job and works with you to help you reach your goals and is very knowledgeable. The gym has different tracks of programming for all levels. If you are looking to start a fitness program or need to change things up from your current program It is worth swinging in to give LyonHeart a try!

LyonHeart Fitness's programming is "Individualized Training in a Group Setting".
Our programs are designed to allow each individual the opportunity to focus on strength, conditioning, endurance, or weightlifting.
We offer different Group Classes because we know our members have individual goals and our coaches will help tailor the daily workouts to help achieve those goals.
Push cardio in our WOD class, focus on lifting form in our Strength class- No matter if you are brand new to training or are an experienced lifter, our programming can be tailored to fit your needs.
Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
Weightlifting and Throwing: develop ability to control external objects and produce power.
Sport: applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout.
The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
Our Adult Program is the program that will get you in shape.
No matter what your current fitness level is, you can join LyonHeart.
As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging.
Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.
Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Our Group class programming will include a strength portion in which you'll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups.
