Many of us were intimidated by the idea of coming into the CrossFit gym, or we thought to ourselves, "I can't do that."
We've been in your shoes and that's why we came up with this brand new course called Couch to CrossFit.
With our Couch to CrossFit program, we'll take you from the front door and begin with a proper warmup, teach you new skills, coach you throughout the workout, and help you with your nutrition.
Couch to CrossFit will give you the tools needed to be successful in our classes while taking a slower approach with a welcoming community!

This specifically designed class focuses on body weight movements, light strength training, core strength, balance, stretching and coordination.
We are looking to add individuals to our group class that are wanting to make fitness part of their weekly routine and to meet like minded new people to spend an hour exercising in a fun and easy paced atmosphere!

Metabolic testing, therefore, helps to know what energy you consume and how best to improve your health.
Metabolic testing is useful in two main ways; one, measuring the number of calories you burn when at rest which is called Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).
And, two, your body's maximum ability to consume oxygen during exercise, which is your Vo2max.
The resting metabolic rate test is used to determine the proportion of energy that the client spends per day coming from carbohydrate and what proportion comes from fat.
