Great CF box! Cole and Toni are great coaches! They work hard to program workouts that can be scaled to meet the athlete's fitness level. They are knowledgeable, positive, encouraging, and help motivate you to be your best! Highly recommend to locals and other CF friends looking for a place to drop in. Great place to workout, doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete.

Coaches and all the people(athletes) here are kind and respectful. They've made me feel like family from day 1, coaches are always paying attention on my progress and how I can reach my goals. We are located at 3054 Highway 154 Newnan, GA 30265, in a 3,000 square foot facility with showers, and plenty of floor space.
Cole Payton opened CrossFit Higher Ground in March of 2016 with the intent to build a stronger, more healthier lifestyle for individuals of all fitness levels.

This Fresh Start Nutrition Program is a 12-week program designed to help you maintain and develop habits to adequately fuel your daily efforts.
Following your consultation or free class, we hope you'll have an understanding of our programming, vision, and community.
Our Fast Forward program is mandatory for all new athletes and is essential to establishing a clear understanding of how to move in the safest, most efficient way possible.
This program consist of (3) one hour sessions that include bodyweight exercises, odd-object movements and barbell components.
