We pride ourselves in providing a safe, inclusive environment to help take you to a better place physically, mentally, and spiritually. Our classes include activities such as IF Kickboxing +PLUS, Friday Grind, Personal Training, and a spectrum of martial arts disciplines, including Bruce Lee's self defense system of Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do and the gentle, balancing movements of Tai Chi.

In either case, Indomitable Fitness has a program for you. Jeet Kune Do is an effective martial art developed by the legendary Bruce Lee. While training in this discipline, you will learn how to turn your attacker's force against them, understand the ranges, learn our self defense flow between the ranges and build confidence while raising your fitness to higher levels.

Jeet Kune Do is Bruce Lee's eclectic martial art which includes elements of a number of fighting disciplines, including Wing Chun, Western Boxing, Muay Thai, and European Fencing.
Sijo Lee felt that traditional martial arts had become too rigid and did not reflect the dynamics of true combat.
By incorporating the best elements of effective systems, he developed a "non-system" which emphasized movement, reaction, and adaptation rather than strict forms or flashy moves which he felt provided little real proficiency.
Indomitable Fitness/Centerline Jeet Kune Do recently started the Women's Martial Art Program based on feedback we received.
This Program is based on Bruce Lee's effective, direct and efficient martial art Jeet Kune Do (JKD).
It goes beyond the usual women's self defense seminars.
You will practice techniques and learn a system.
You will build confidence and be more effective which comes with the structured practice.
Additionally, you will experience a camaraderie with your classmates and an inner strength that comes with martial arts training.
