The Doomsday Fitness Experience is a sophisticated calisthenics/ weighted resistance training system consisting of a mixture of muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscular growth variations, pushing the limit of each to its heightened peaks. We use the principles of Progressive Movements. This involves learning the simplest forms of basic exercises, and then progressively moving on to more advanced variations of them.
Mastering all of these as well as keeping a healthy & nutritionally balanced eating regiment will keep your mind set disciplined, your motivation limitless, and your list of goals to reach more than achievable than ever before.
