Mary Kate and Laura met years ago and reconnected while taking group fitness classes in West Hartford. After trying many different workouts, we tagged along with a friend to a boot camp class and were immediately hooked. We looked better, felt stronger and had a sense of accomplishment after completing each tough workout. We loved the intensity of the classes but wanted a less complicated more-welcoming experience.
Since we couldn't find exactly what we wanted, we created it! We are not trainers, we are clients. We have found trainers that deliver the perfect workout so that we can focus on providing you an ideal overall experience. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session so our Ambassadors can check you in, show you around and welcome you to WIP.
Our coaches are here to take great care of you whether you are new to this style of workout or are a seasoned pro looking to up your game.
The coaches will provide individualized movement modifications to ensure you are getting the most out of your body.
Be sure to change into "indoor only" sneakers upon arrival to help us keep the floors and equipment clean and functioning properly for your use.

The building in West Hartford is an old ball bearing factory and we fell in love with the windows and just had to make it our home.
When you are traveling down New Park Ave and Cumberland Farms is on your right, make a right on Darcy St and the parking lot will be 50ft down on your right.
During regular business hours please do not park in the spots labeled F3, it is fine to park in those spots at all other times.

Our unlimited $125 per month Lock membership allows you access to unlimited workouts at any of our locations.
In the event you want to cancel before the 12 month contract has elapsed there is a modest $125 cancellation fee, or you can place your membership on hold for a $35/month fee.
Our unlimited $150 per month Flexible membership allows you access to unlimited workouts at all of our locations with maximum flexibility.
