My name is Patrice Abood, and I'm proud to be a certified instructor of the Safe Spine Technique.
I specialize in giving you research-based, scientific education on the spine and pelvis-right here on beautiful Lake Tahoe in Incline Village, Nevada.
I'm also proud to say that I've learned from the best!
While these two approaches to fitness are different in many ways, one thing is certain: Practiced together, they form one serious functional fitness powerhouse!

Using Skype and other video chat interfaces, you and Patrice do safe spine-based yoga, pilates and mat work together.
