I did the first week and it was tough to say the least, but I was hooked. I'm the kind of person that said I would never do CrossFit. And I didn't think "it was the thing for me". But once you get in you find all kinds of people with all kinds of reasons who joined to push themselves. It's a unified sense of community backed with a solid platform to challenge yourself and grow.

Working out can be intimidating, especially in an Olympic weightlifting style work out like CrossFit. But when you have people who have invested their heart and souls into their purpose, helping others realize their fitness potential and creating a supportive environment for education and inspiration, you feel at home. At Carson City CrossFit you get genuine people who care about your results and who care about you as a person.

Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with athletes to support their health goals.
We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a CrossFit-based coach.
We'd love to meet you, show you around our facility and learn all about your fitness goals.
We'll also work alongside you to find the best plan to achieve them.
We use our No Sweat Intro to get to know you, your past experiences with fitness, and the things you enjoy doing.
We want to find out what health and fitness goals so we can determine the best way to achieve them.
Together we will determine how close you are to meeting those goals and together we create a plan to meet them.

2. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date.
Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement.
Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
All payments are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation of membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee as outlined in your membership agreement.
