We are the first indoor bootcamp facility in Northern Nevada and we specialize in personal training and corporate wellness programs. We were the designated provider for Nevada's Cardiac Wellness program in 2010, making us the first of our kind in the nation to be used in a state funded wellness program. Members at our facility are essentially sharing a personal trainer with others in the group when they attend our facility.

Our trainers are innovative and attentive and will provide modifications for all exercises. We believe that wellness encompasses more than just fitness and thus all areas of health will be addressed including stress management, nutrition, money management and more.

If you haven't had an assisted stretch before - prepare yourself for a great time!
Your stretch won't be painful, and your trainer will communicate with you throughout your stretch to gauge your comfort level.
Assisted Stretch sessions improve posture, improve relaxation, decrease stress, increase range of motion & flexibility, and improves sports performance.
When I started out working out at the Boot Camp I had the support of two dear friends that changed their own work out schedules to encourage me to make a change in my life and get healthy.
The first two weeks at the Camp my friends were right there by my side encouraging me.
It took me three weeks to step foot on the scale after I started working out.
It's been 8 weeks since I started working out at the Boot Camp.
I'm down 13 pounds since I got up the nerve to step on the scales.
I've lost inches, I feel better, and I have a great support group between my old friends and new friends.
Bootcamp is a full body workout combining cardio, weight training, and resistance training to condition your body to operate at optimal efficiency, burn fat, and increase stamina.
Most body types respond well to this type of training and at our facility the bootcamps will always be different.
We may use equipment such as weights or balls, just your body, or set up various obstacles.
All fitness levels are welcome, but most of our members join because they are out of shape and want to improve their health, or physique, or both.
