My son has trained at 2 other gyms and when we moved here we had a hard time finding a gym that was family friendly and that meshed well with us. We decide to stop searching and finally found AOW. Since day 1 it felt like we were with family. My youngest is 2 and is too young to do any classes but that doesn't stop him from getting on the mats for some fun after class.
Aaron teaches Judo and is an awesome instructor. The kids jiu jitsu class is taught by Art and Andrew, who are so patient with the kids, yet assertive at the same time. If you're looking for your child to learn discipline and sweet skills this is the place!
