Although we pride ourselves on having over 15 ready to use obstacles we also host an assortment of fitness classes! Our approach to fitness is simple. We utilize a unique form of programming with a variety of exercises and our MyZone heart rate monitoring system to pin point your optimal zone of effort. Barbells, Dumbbells, Wall Balls, and Box Jumps are just some of the exercises you could see during our fitness classes.

Our gym offers a wide variety of unique fitness items to include Atlas Balls, D-Balls, Ski ERG, Assault Bikes, Field Sleds, Tire Pulls, and much, much, more! Beginners and advance athletes will find our gym the optimal place to advance their fitness and achieve your goals. Our community runs deep in helping one another to stay accountable, push further, and grow as athletes.

The DEKAFIT Arena combines 10 Fitness Zones all processed by a 500-meter run making it the most well-rounded function fitness training and testing environment ever created.
The word compete was derived from the two Latin terms- Com and Petere.

This class incorporates rigorous interval training sequences with high-intensity exercises.
We will focus on building cardiovascular fitness while simultaneously increasing muscular strength and endurance.
You will learn new and challenging movements to help you develop as a well-rounded athlete.
Our program rotates based on the day of the week to keep your body guessing!
Decided to run a Spartan Race, Bone Frog, Tough Mudder, and Rugged Maniac or many of the other locally held obstacle course races in the area?
We offer several discount programs for students, members of the military, first responders, and families.

At Gett Itt Core Fitness, we work with beginners, as well as seasoned athletes.
You will feel comfortable working at your own pace and accomplishing your goals along the way.
Answer If there is a race weekend, most likely, we will not have training class.
We will keep members updated of any schedule changes, but on race days/weekends, we hope to be out on the course with all of you.
