The programming at CrossFit Citrine is called General Physical Preparedness (GPP) which is basically getting fit for whatever life throws at you.
Our specialty is not specializing, which is what prevents fitness plateaus and increases mental stimulation.
Here you will move the way your body was designed to move.
Our understanding is that the needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
One needs functional competence to stay out of the nursing home.
