Established in 1992, Muscle Beach East is named after the famous Venice, California beach of the west coast. The gym is centrally located in Norfolk near the intersection of Little Creek Road and Chesapeake Blvd. Our mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals, and everything you need to accomplish this can be found at Muscle Beach.
