Our concept is simple: offer free personal training & guidance with resistance training, cardiovascular training and nutrition for an extraordinary value. With key card: 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 Days a week, every day of the year, including holidays and holiday weekends! Today I can happily say I have lost 43 pounds and more than 32 inches from my hips, waist, thighs, arms, and chest.

Chris Radke & Jill Strand were best friends for 15 years prior to opening UpLift Guided Fitness in 2005.
They worked together at State Farm Insurance, knew each other's work ethic and had a love for exercise & living a healthy lifestyle!
State Farm Insurance announced its move to Nebraska and Chris & Jill knew immediately what they wanted to do - open a fitness studio, working closely with women, on their quest to be healthy and fit.
They started the exciting work talking about what women needed & wanted in a fitness center.

The diversity of work out activities available is great and having the trainers on the floor to help us use our time there effectively is a great advantage.

UpLift Guided Fitness is located in Woodbury, Minnesota, upstairs in the Perpetual Motion building, at 257 Rivertown Drive.
Take I-94 East, get off at Woodbury Drive, Exit 251.
Go south 1/4 mile on Woodbury Drive, then take a right on Hudson Road.
You are now headed west.
Go 1/2 mile to Rivertown Drive.
Take a left on Rivertown and we are 1/4 mile down on the left, upstairs in the Perpetual Motion building.
Take I-694 East/South to where it meets I-94.
Take I-494 East/North to where it meets I-94.
Take I-94 East, get off at Woodbury Drive, Exit 251.
