Our focus is helping our students achieve their goals in Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ), nogi submission grappling, or strength and conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced BJJ athlete, High Noon BJJ & Fitness is the place for you. We offer a full schedule of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, fitness, weightlifting, and wrestling classes, and whether you want to train in the morning or the evening our classes can fit your needs.
High Noon BJJ is conveniently located in Alexandria right off highway 395, which offers easy access to the surrounding areas of Annandale, Arlington, Falls Church, Franconia, Rose Hill, Springfield, and Washington DC. All of our Brazilian jiu jitsu classes are taught by brown and black belt practitioners with lengthy competition records. Among our instructors, we have medalists at all levels of competition, including IBJJF Worlds, Pans, Nogi Pans, Nogi Worlds, World Masters, and many more.
Additionally, our instructors are not only experienced competitors, but also experienced teachers.

Wear clean, dry gi or nogi attire to EVERY class.
BJJ is a close quarters sport and you owe it to your teammates to wear clean gear to class.
Tap early and often!
Being healthy enough to continue training is always more important than escaping a submission in training.
Always apply submission holds with appropriate care and allow your training partners ample time to tap.
Take care of each other!.
