My goal is to make a paradigm shift in the way people use their time, so they can fit movement and exercise into their days in all different ways - even with a busy schedule and children of different ages. Clients and families are amazed when they realize they DO have periods to exercise when they incorporate movement and fitness into "family time", or squeeze it in throughout their day.

My name is Kim Lazar Gustavson and I've been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 20 years.
I also have a Master's Degree in Education, and have taught in elementary and high schools.
I am certified to teach people about fitness and health through the American Council of Exercise as well as the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
I was Youth Market Director for the American Heart Association, where I traveled to hundreds of schools teaching kids, classrooms and school assemblies about exercise and health.
I also have a Master's Degree in Education, and have taught in elementary and high schools.

Each week builds on the previous week, and clients are challenged at appropriate levels.
A beginning student can work alongside a seasoned athlete because different levels and modifications are taught.
Classes are taught outside, at a clients home and/or at a fitness facility.
