Seeking to bring something different and fresh to the fitness industry, these two world-renowned athletes created a program to shape the body and nourish the soul.
The Chakaboom Fitness program is designed not only to help you get into shape, but to encourage and motivate you to be the best you can be, no matter your fitness level.
The moves are easy to learn and we will give you several options to fit your style and fitness level.
Just come, keep your body moving and have fun.
We have Kangoo boots you can rent, but you do need to bring tall socks to ensure a comfortable fit for the boots.
We will walk or "jump" you through the rest.
We have a "kid's corner" where kids can dance, sit or play and have fun while you enjoy the best workout you've ever had.
We are here to help you in any way we can.
We are available before and after each class to answer questions, address concerns and offer any guidance you may need.
