Our class sizes are small so that our trainers can give quality instruction to each individual.
This class is designed for beginners with little to no yoga experience or anyone who wants to continue to work on the fundamentals of yoga asana!
In the 1st half of class, we will break down basic poses.
In the 2nd half, we will put what we learn together into a simple flow.
We will end with calming breathwork and meditation techniques designed to calm the nervous system.

DETAILS: Get paid to lose pounds.
We are paying you back $5 per pound up to $300 cash in your pocket plus 2-4 free training sessions.
For every pound, you lose during the 12-week weight-loss period and can keep off during the 4 week maintenance period, we will pay you back $5 for every single pound up to $300 cash money.
Or hit your goal that the trainer sets with you, and we'll give you your entire entry fee back plus 2 more personal training sessions.
WEIGH IN'S: In order to be eligible for money back, you must complete all 3 check-ins, in person or online with your coach.
