Services
Debbie has been successfully helping clients with weight loss, muscle gain, and sport-specific personal training since 2003.
She is an IFPA certified personal trainer, and holds a degree in sports science from the University of Idaho.
While at U of I, she was a scholarship athlete in track and field, and then worked as a coach for sprinters and jumpers.
Debbie is an accomplished natural bodybuilder, having competed in nine shows - seven as a professional.
She won the NGA Mountain States, NGA Grand Teton, and the NGA Northwest Natural in 2012.
The Fitness Co. personal training facilities offer all the tools you need to meet your health and fitness goals in a small gym environment.
Our gym is equipped with a wide range of modern cardio and weight training equipment for all levels of training.
We have well appointed locker rooms, with showers, and plenty of off-street parking.
We are conveniently located near Downtown Boise, Eagle, and Meridian at 2537 West State Street, Ste. 120 at the corner of 27th Street.
