At Open Fitness International we consider all of our clients kindred spirits: individuals who want nothing more than abundant health. We are here to support you to live your best life, for the longterm, by improving your body's alignment, awareness, function, strength, and flexibility - body and soul from the ground up! We offer private or group training sessions at the Functional Fitness and Wellness center in Boulder, Colorado or virtually by appointment.

We offer a complimentary 30 minute meet and greet consultation with Colleen to asses your current fitness level and understand how we might best serve you. There is no better time than now to take the first step toward abundant health. Classical Pilates, utilizing the full comprehensive system of equipment, is taught with a functional perspective to inspire both the Pilates enthusiast and professional to new levels of mastery for body and soul.

Knowing your foot posture and then stretching, aligning and strengthening the ankle, foot and lower leg improves the function up through he entire chain of the body.
Services
First session includes a detailed functional movement, postural assessment and foot posture assessment.
All training sessions for NEW CLIENTS must be used within 30 days of purchasing the package.
Unused sessions are not carried over to a new package or the next month.
All training sessions for EXISTING CLIENTS, who want to receive free products on a quarterly basis, must be used within 30 days of purchasing the package.
