Whether the goal is weight loss, athletic performance, rehabilitation, or just a desire to feel good about yourself, Rise Up Fitness can help. Rise Up Fitness, LLC, provides high-quality, professional, personal training using contemporary, as well as time-tested, techniques with an emphasis on safety and results.

From athletic performance, to rehabilitation, to weight loss, every client is given a personalized program to achieve their fitness goals. Poul Collins started his training career at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for male and female Division-1 athletes. From there, he worked his way up through three personal training gyms.

My name is Poul Collins, and I have been training people with various background since 2007.
From elite collegiate athletes to people with special needs.
My patience, innovation, and knowledge has always helped me find a way to achieve results with any client.
Looking for new challenges, I moved to Boulder, Colorado in 2011 to work at a large corporation (big box) gym.
Though I was successful there, I still wanted more.
Hence, Rise Up Fitness was born.
Everyone has the potential and capacity to rise, whether it be mentally or physically.
Individual Training is personally designed program to get the client to their goal effectively and efficiently.
Training will focus on necessary Pre-Habilitation, Strength Exercises, and Rehabilitation.
Nutrition and cardiovascular programs can also be included as part of Individual Training upon request.
Dates and times of training will be agreed upon between trainer and client.
Partner Training is for two people with similar goals and physical abilities looking to challenge one another.
Exercise protocols will be virtually the same for both clients.

Primary training location is at Body Balance, 2747 Iris Ave, Boulder, CO 80304 (NW corner of 28th and Iris) across Iris from Safeway; a private training studio that offers 3800 square feet for training, showers, lounge, free towel service, nutritional supplements, chiropractic care, massage, and yoga studio.
However, public, in-home, and any other confirmed location is also possible for any type of training.
The Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat is a must for anyone looking to be strong, athletic, and balanced.
If you train here, you WILL be doing them.
It doesn't get much better than deep squats.
