I've been a member at a lot of gyms and this by far is the BEST I've ever known! The owners are so supportive of the community and incredible coaches. LOVE it here and would recommend it anyone who is looking for a strength & conditioning studio or just a place to meet new people and have fun! This gym is EQUIPPED. Basically everything you need and nothing you don't.
Also, everything is in pristine condition, and the gym is kept clean as a whistle. Everything we did was adjusted to my ability level. The atmosphere there makes me excited to try things I have never done before and then inspired to improve. I don't really worry about looking silly, weak, or not being able to do something. All of the coaches are approachable, always there to answer questions and always seem to be having fun.

We are excited to announce that over the past several months, we have been working hard behind the scenes on a rebranding effort of our company, and that effective immediately, Bella Strength is now Town Strength.

Jena was a competitive gymnast for eleven years and also competed at the collegiate level in pole vaulting.
With a passion for athletics, she decided to pursue fitness as a career.
Jena obtained her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership for Sports Management at Winona State University in Minnesota.
Jena has worked with a wide range of clients and over 10,000 hours of personal training, coaching, and programming experience.
When not in the gym you can find Jena playing with Marshall, her puppy, hiking, or spending time with friends and family.
