Our fitness method is simple - Heavily repetitive, low-impact movement using your own body weight or light weights and props for sculpted, lean muscle tone and major calorie burn. While our method never changes, our choreography and programming is constantly evolving. It is this evolution coupled with our dedicated instructor team that will keep you balanced, strong and motivated in a safe and supportive environment.

The MVMNT Society was founded by Natalie Strahorn in 2014.
Driven by her passion for fitness and movement, what originally started as a Sculpt Studio, quickly evolved into so much more.
With a belief that health is wealth, diversifying class programming became important for staving off plateaus and boredom, both mentally and physically.
We strive to bring our clients the latest, most effective fitness programs, with intelligent movement combinations, to help our clients reach their goals.
Our choreography and props are constantly changing to keep your bodies and minds guessing, for maximum results and peak performance.

Intense fat-burning cardio, muscle-toning segments and added core work through balance-challenge on the Bosu balance trainer.
Choreographed, high-intensity cardio segments are non-stop for maximum calorie burn.
Sculpt segment will strengthen, tone, and elongate your muscles.
Super-sweaty, low-impact cardio using mini rebounders coupled with deep muscle-sculpting segments utilizing ankle weights, hand weights, bands and other props to create strength in the body.

We recommend clothing that's fitted so our team can help assist you in correcting your form and alignment, as well as a supportive sports bra if you plan to take any jumping advancements.
We recommend Sculpt, Sweat, Dance, Pilates or Yoga Sculpt.
Our other classes require a bit more coordination, plus the addition of equipment, making them best suited for clients who have taken 3 or more of our non-equipment classes.
Upon completion of the virtual training, trainees will then participate in a 2-Day Workshop with our Founder or Lead Instructor, implementing newly learned training knowledge for teaching a Sculpt class.
Trainees will then have 6 weeks to practice, co-teaching weekly with a Senior Instructor.
After 6 weeks, the trainee will teach a Sculpt class solo.
The solo class will determine if the trainee is deemed Certified and ready to be added to the MVMNT Society schedule or if the trainee needs additional training.
