After receiving my N.F.P.T accreditation in 2010, I've enjoyed spending the past 10 years helping Bay Area people build stronger bodies and better behaviors. My goal is for you to become more knowledgeable as you become more fit. I'm proud to say that I even work with second generation clients now! Especially as a Silicon Valley personal trainer, I know that my clients' time is precious.

My workouts are efficient, effective and totally tailored to you. I've trained a wide range of people and am excited to start with you - whatever level you are at today. I believe in efficient workouts that deliver the greatest impact for your time. Instead of walking the floor, machine to machine, we focus on free weights, functional trainers, and use of body weight.

Safe and effective, this foundation-based approach also naturally addresses imbalances and increases core stability. Workouts that build muscle while burning fat. And what you learn can be applied in any gym, anywhere. Whether in my Mountain View gym or in your home, train at the place that best fits your life and schedule.
