Your Gold Membership allows for you to meet once a month with one of our award winning Personal Trainers.
They will design, implement and teach you individualized fitness programs to help you accomplish your individual goals.
End Results has unique small group fitness classes to help you burn optimum fat calories, shape your body and give you fun energetic programs you won't get bored with.

We keep our small group classes to 4 to 6 participants.
