Gold Core is proud to be for everyBODY. Whether your child is looking to increase athletic performance or seeking a fun way to get fit, Gold Core is for you. Unlike other facilities, young athletes at Gold Core are coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave. Our program is based on consistent, continual coaching. Every group is led by a coach through proper stretching and warm-up and then taken through the entire program by a group of coaches.

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. The workouts will becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.

Our world class coaching staff ensures proper progression over the duration of the session. We work with everyBODY. From youth looking to increase their athletic ability to young ones looking to change their lifestyle, including looking and feeling better about themselves.

50% of our clients are adults.
Adult groups are available from two to three times a week depending on your needs and availability.
Each program is led from start to finish by a coach who will serve as your guide and motivation throughout the hour.
We specialize in athletic strength and conditioning for a variety of sports.
We will build a program based on the demands of an athletes sport or sports.
We work with everyBODY from professional athletes to young men and women just beginning their journey.
