Most bike classes are 50-60 minute (We have a few 30 versions called Bike Blast) indoor cycling workouts where you ride to powerful music. All instructors are certified in Stages Power in order for you to get the most from your workout. Take on the terrain with your inspiring instructor who leads you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, interval training, and more.

Introduced the popular "butt/gut" class to IBG in 2006, now called "core 'n more" and assisting in the development of the aerobics program at IBG.
First in area to incorporate "partner" training: 30 minute sessions involving 2 compatibly fit workout partners.
